John “J.K.” Keller is an Attorney at Allen Norton & Blue’s Orlando Office. He focuses his practice on representation of public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes representing employers in employment discrimination claims, retaliation claims, whistleblower actions, and challenges to employee discipline and discharge. J.K. also represents clients in grievance arbitrations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and other traditional labor law matters.

J.K. began his career as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he tried nearly 30 jury trials to verdict. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, J.K. joined a reputable local firm where he practiced medical malpractice defense. In that role, J.K. gained significant civil litigation experience in both trial and appellate courts defending hospitals, doctors, and nurses across the State of Florida in high exposure cases..
